National Multicultural Greek Council and Phired Up Announce Partnership

The National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC) is partnering with Phired Up and TechniPhi to serve as its official growth and recruitment partner.
Phired Up and TechniPhi are on a mission to create the future of fraternity and sorority life by transforming the way people join. Now, the National Multicultural Greek Council (NMGC) will officially join that mission and lead the way for how culturally-based fraternal councils can provide holistic growth support to their member organizations and students.
“NMGC is truly demonstrating the value in finding a way to make growth resources and support a priority for their community.” said Phired Up & TechniPhi’s Director of Growth for Culturally-Based Organizations, Tenea McGhee.
The NMGC partnership includes council-wide training throughout the academic year, ChapterBuilder growth technology, and certifications to colligate members who attend their national conference. NMGC is the first culturally-based umbrella organization to commit to an official growth partnership at this level.
“This partnership represents progress for our industry as a whole as we work to get 100% of undergraduate fraternity and sorority members the training and tools they need to grow their organizations in a relevant, relational, and modern way.” said Phired Up & TechniPhi’s CEO, RJ Taylor.
In addition to the council partnership, each NMGC organization has the opportunity to adopt a personalized growth system, prioritizing dynamic recruitment education and tactics that align with their identities and unique processes.
Keosha Griffiths, NMGC’s Director of Membership, shared, “For NMGC, this new relationship means delivering practical tools to our council members that will benefit not just their membership but also their organization’s continued growth. In addition, this partnership allows the NMGC council organizations to be in spaces that were previously inaccessible to them by giving them a seat at the table.”
