Carmel, Ind. – TechniPhi is proud to announce the hire of two new team members this Fall. Landon West joined the Software Engineering team in late October, and Lindsay Wolf joined the Account Management team in early November. Both bring a wealth of experiences, talents, and skills that will help TechniPhi continue to provide the excellent products and services our customers expect.

Landon is a graduate of the University of Utah where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle East Studies with a minor in Political Science. He used his passion for learning new languages and curiosity for the world to pivot into computer languages and programming. At his most recent software engineering role, he played a vital role in maintaining and developing integrations with dozens of logistics APIs as well as automating tedious processes that saved the company countless hours a week on support issues.

“I am super excited to join a team of passionate, driven, and intelligent people who truly care about each other and those they serve, and to work on software that is making a big impact on how organizations handle recruiting in the modern age,” said Landon.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hiking in the Mountain West and Bay Area of California, nerdy things like mechanical keyboards, computers, and video games, playing the guitar and bass, and finding home projects that are a good excuse to buy new tools.

“Landon is joining a team of very talented developers, we are excited about his skills and expertise to only elevate our team that continues to bring smart, innovative products to our fraternity and sorority industry,” said Ellen Chesnut, Vice President of TechniPhi.

Lindsay is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania where she joined Phi Mu Fraternity in 2013. She holds a BS in Communications and a MS Ed. In Higher Education Administration degree, and previously served on the Delta Phi Epsilon International Headquarters staff in their collegiate finance department. She is a volunteer for Phi Mu and Delta Phi Epsilon, serving a Area Operations & Finance Director for the Beta Region of Phi Mu and as the sisterhood advisor for the Widener University chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon.

“In a time where technology continues to become more and more necessary to grow and adapt our organizations for the future of fraternity, TechniPhi has an incredible opportunity to support the mission of each organization in a virtual world,” said Lindsay. “The team has an incredible balance of technology development and vision for a stronger, more inclusive industry. I knew TechniPhi would be a good fit, and I couldn’t ask for a better team!”

In her free time, Lindsay loves to bake (cookies, cakes, bread – you name it!). She and her boyfriend, Tony, spend lots of time in Philadelphia parks, supporting local coffee shops, and taking their 7 year old overweight corgi for walks. She loves the culture and community of Philly, and tries never to eat at the same restaurant twice to experience it all.

“Lindsay’s previous experience with a Sorority Headquarters will give us additional perspective and opportunity to continue to focus on the customized support we need to give our clients on a daily basis,” said Ellen. “Her fresh perspective and desire to build systems will only improve our customer experience.”

Landon West serves as a Software Engineer supporting each of TechniPhi’s products, and can be reached by email at Landon@TechniPhi.com. Lindsay Wolf serves as an Account Manager, primarily working with MyVote and CampusDirector, and can be reached at Wolf@TechniPhi.com.
