Carmel, Ind. — The Phired Up and TechniPhi team is excited to announce another headquarters as a full-adoption partner of ChapterBuilder! Sigma Alpha Mu is supplying upgraded ChapterBuilder accounts to all of their chapters across America, beginning July 31, 2020. The timing lines up with a fall semester that forecasts historic challenges for fraternity growth.

“Now, more than ever, it is important to invest in the technology and resources to support Sigma Alpha Mu’s chapters,” says Executive Director Andy Huston. “ChapterBuilder and the Phired Up digital classroom are tangible benefits with a dual purpose. Every member can use these tools to build transferable skills and experience sought by future employers.”

Experience with customer relationship management (known as CRM) software continues to be highly desirable for young professionals across the country. CRM helps students in ways such as building their own businesses, advancing through hiring processes, and managing growth across a wide variety of industries.

Alex Hart, Sigma Alpha Mu’s new Director of Growth, saw this firsthand while working for another ChapterBuilder full adoption partner for two years. After joining staff at Sigma Alpha Mu this summer, he made using real-time data and coaching an immediate priority.

“ChapterBuilder is going to transform Sigma Alpha Mu at all levels as we prioritize data-driven decision making and systematically approach growth,” says Hart. “Our undergraduate members will be equipped with the best fraternity recruitment software available while gaining valuable professional experience by using a CRM program.”

Sigma Alpha Mu is the 13th headquarters to invest in ChapterBuilder for all chapters. This full-adoption agreement includes an automatic transition to ChapterBuilder 2.0 later this year. “We’re excited about SAM taking time to understand the growth systems we’ve built across the industry, and their belief in the future of ChapterBuilder,” says Chris Buck, TechniPhi’s Product Manager.

Huston closes by reinforcing how the technology supports the organization’s mission, as it will help Sigma Alpha Mu “cultivate more prospective members, leading to a stronger brotherhood of men representing the highest precepts of true manhood, democracy and humanity.”
